Before I start creating, I spend time with the bigger picture. I want to understand what the project is reaching for, who it's speaking to, and what's motivating the people involved. That context shapes everything I do. It's also why I tend to catch things that might otherwise slip through the cracks—when you understand a project from multiple angles, you notice where sound can do more than fill a slot.
I'm a technically skilled composer and sound designer with an impressive track record, but that's not really what I'm selling. What I bring is the ability to read the room—the vision, the people, the unspoken tensions and hopes—and channel all of that into sound that feels like it was always supposed to be there. I can contribute at the level of creative direction, and then I can follow through and build it.
